Amaechi Calls for Public Appraisal of His Performance, Release Email Address

The Transportation Minister, Hon Rotimi Amaechi, on Tuesday called on the public to appraise his performance in the past few years of his appointment.
Amaechi’s call was contained in a press statement in which he released his personal email address, chibuikeamaechi128@gmail.com to enable the public to reach him.
The Minister said that having been given the opportunity by President Muhammadu Buhari to serve the government, it was right to ask the people to also assess his performance all these years.
Part of the statement reads, “Our major focus as a Ministry has been the revamping of dilapidated railway and moribund maritime sector which are key means of transportation and major sources of revenue respectively.
“However, we understand the need for appraisal and so desire to know from the citizenry how we have fared, being that we are accountable to you.
“Therefore, your feedback on the performance of the Ministry thus far is important to us. We desire to know where you feel we have succeeded or are succeeding, where we should improve, and or where you feel we are failing or have failed.
