Nigeria Earns $206bn from Crude in Five Years

The Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) said Nigeria earned as much as $206.06bn from crude oil sales in five years.
This was between 2014 to 2019, according to OPEC’s Annual Statistical Bulletin which was released Monday.
The Bulletin said Nigeria’s oil export revenue recorded a slump in 2019 with $45.11bn as against $54.51bn in 2018.
The report said Nigeria came fifth in terms of revenue from oil.
Saudi Arabia earned $202.37bn, Iraq – $80.03bn, Kuwait – $52.43bn and the United Arab Emirates $49.64bn.
